The First & Last Inn is a landmark pub in West Cornwall, renowned for its great food and rich history as an 18th century coaching inn. Could you help take the food offering to a higher level?

This Sous Chef vacancy signifies an exciting opportunity for a dynamic, enthusiastic and motivated individual, with a keen-eye for presentation, a passion for delivering consistently fantastic food and a ‘can do’ attitude. Located at the heart of Sennen village, our philosophy centres on putting this unique pub back on the map though amazingly high standards, outstanding customer service and a superb food offering.

You will be responsible for delivering high quality food, as part of a committed team led by the Head Chef.

Furthermore, you will work closely with the new Pub General Manager to help devise seasonal menus, which in turn, will require creativity and flair. In the absence of the Head Chef, you will be expected to take the reins of the kitchen, which will require strong organisational skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure. A competitive salary and immediate start are offered.
